Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any INDEMIA course, the participant acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. *Authorized Training Partner:* INDEMIA is a PMI Premier Authorized Training Partner (ATP). Participants are expected to uphold professional, ethical, and respectful standards throughout the course.
2. *Course Fee:* Course fees are strictly *non-refundable* and cover *training services only, unless otherwise expressly stated and clearly specified in writing by INDEMIA. PMI membership, PMI examination fees, taxes, and any other third-party charges are **not included* unless explicitly mentioned.
3. *Training Commitment:* INDEMIA is committed to providing high-quality training, experienced instructors, comprehensive learning resources, and ongoing academic support to help participants succeed. However, certification success ultimately depends on each participant's preparation, commitment, understanding, and examination performance. No guarantee of passing any certification examination is expressed or implied.
4. *Student Responsibilities:* Participants are responsible for attending classes, reviewing the provided learning materials, completing assignments where applicable, attempting the recommended mock examinations, and actively participating throughout the course.
5. *Communication & Support:* Your success is important to us. Our instructors and course coordinators are available to provide academic guidance and support throughout your learning journey. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, seek clarification, report any academic, administrative, or technical concerns, and provide timely feedback whenever needed. Prompt communication allows us to address issues effectively and provide the best possible support. Concerns that are not communicated during the course may limit INDEMIA's ability to provide an appropriate resolution afterward.
6. *Schedule & Instructor Changes:* INDEMIA reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, delivery format (online, in-person, or hybrid), training platform, course content, or batch arrangements whenever reasonably necessary while maintaining the quality of the learning experience.
7. *Intellectual Property:* All course materials, presentations, recordings, mock examinations, templates, documents, question banks, and other learning resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of INDEMIA and may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without INDEMIA's prior written consent.
8. *PMI Decisions:* Approval of PMI application eligibility, audit outcomes, examination scheduling, certification decisions, examination policies, and all other PMI-related matters remain solely at PMI's discretion. INDEMIA has no authority over or responsibility for PMI's decisions.
9. *Reimbursement Policy:* Where a re-examination fee reimbursement is offered by INDEMIA as part of a specific course or promotional offer, eligibility is subject to all of the following conditions:
* Achieving the minimum performance benchmark determined by the assigned instructor.
* Receiving explicit written approval from the assigned instructor *before* scheduling or attempting the examination.
10. *No Prior Approval – No Reimbursement:* Participants who schedule or attempt the examination without obtaining prior written approval from the assigned instructor shall *not* be eligible for any reimbursement.
11. *Maximum Reimbursement:* Any reimbursement approved by INDEMIA shall *not exceed the actual course fee paid by the participant to INDEMIA*, regardless of the examination or re-examination fee paid, and will only be processed upon submission of valid proof of payment and any supporting documentation requested by INDEMIA.
12. *Exceptions:* Unless otherwise expressly stated and clearly specified in writing by an authorized representative of INDEMIA, these Terms & Conditions shall apply to all quotations, invoices, enrollment forms, promotional offers, and training services provided by INDEMIA.
13. *Acceptance:* Enrollment, attendance, or payment of any fee constitutes the participant's full understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
